Exness in Argentina event

Brokerage group Exness is planning on building its own set of AI solutions to help automate customer service functions.

The broker posted a new job on its careers website, saying it’s hiring a product manager in its Cyprus office to work on building AI solutions.

The company notes in the job spec for that role that the main product will be a chatbot to provide support to customers.

Exness is not alone in attempting to build a product like this. Last week, Deriv’s Co-CEO Jean-Yves Sireau wrote a post saying that the company is looking to automate 85% of its basic customer support functions this year by using AI.

In that same post, he also noted that the technology is being used across different teams within the business. For example, engineering teams are already using programmes like Cursor to automate their coding.

Aside from brokers, technology provide Devexperts has also built an AI customer support bot for brokers and wealth managers called Devexa. That system can also be used for things like retention and marketing.
